Shipping policy

At IYKYK, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing Time

• All orders require 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.
• Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, depending on your location and selected service.
• After your order has shipped, typical transit time is 3–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier operations.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time. (Adjust if you do ship to P.O. boxes.)

Order Tracking

• Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays & Issues

• IYKYK is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office, then contact us so we can assist.
